Demonstrated operating history with stable customer demand

Established teams or key employees supporting day-to-day operations

Recurring or repeat revenue

Planned owner transition or retirement

Limited customer concentration

Located in California or Utah
Western states considered as appropriate

Revenues of $1-5 million

Venture-backed, pre-profit, or turnaround situations
Large, institutionally-run platforms
